What A Monday Night Looks Like.
Monday night is when the academy comes alive. Every pitch has a purpose, every group is working towards its next step, and every player is expected to train with intent. From the youngest players learning to master the ball to older players being challenged at speed, the standard rises across the evening. It is focused, energetic and demanding — a place where players are coached properly, pushed appropriately and leave knowing they have moved forward.
